Taylor Hits The Road With Rascal Flatts

Rascal Flatts’ Still Feels Good Tour ranked as the top country concert draw during the first quarter of the year, and now country music’s most-popular trio — Gary LeVox, Jay DeMarcus and Joe Don Rooney — are ready to launch the Bob That Head Tour June 13.

"We hope our fans look forward to our shows as much as we do," Gary says. "We want to give them an evening of entertainment that can take their minds off of life’s pressures and lift their spirits, if just for a few hours."

The guys will get help during those few hours from a couple of acts with their own unique track records. Eighteen-year-old Taylor Swift, who seems to set a new industry precedent about once a month, is slated for the dates, which begin in St. Louis and close Sept. 26 in Bossier City, La. Also opening are songwriters Neil Thrasher and Wendell Mobley, who’ve written several Rascal Flatts hits: "Fast Cars And Freedom," "I Melt" and "Take Me There." Neil and Wendell began opening for the Flatts during the last tour when Kellie Pickler had to cancel a show in February. They filled in at the last minute and basically earned their own opening slot.

Oh... and by the way, this tour overlaps with something... some sort of "Fest" that "We" would like to go to in Detroit Lakes...
