Just 1 month after its release, Reba Duets has been certified platinum by the RIAA. for sales of over one million copies, bringing Reba's career total sales to more than 50 million albums worldwide.
"I'm so excited over the wonderful acceptance of this CD," Reba says. "I've always been a huge fan of all the artists on the album so I'm not surprised to see how many people agree with me!"
Reba's duet with pop star Justin Timberlake, "The Only Promise That Remains," is scheduled to be the second single released from the CD. Reba will perform another track from the album, "When You Love Someone Like That," with LeAnn Rimes at the 41st Annual CMA Awards, which will be broadcast November 7 on ABC at 8 p.m. ET. She is up for two CMAs this year: one in the Musical Event of the Year category for "Because of You," her collaboration with Kelly Clarkson, and one for Female Vocalist of the Year.
