Brad Paisley is on tap to perform his most recent Number One single, Online, at the upcoming CMA Awards, and he’s bringing a few friends, as members of Tennessee’s Brentwood High School marching band join the live performance. The band was also used on the recorded version of the song included on Paisley’s Album of the Year nominee, 5th Gear. Paisley is also nominated for Entertainer, Male Vocalist, Single of the Year (Ticks) and Music Video (Online) – for a total of five nominations, tying with George Strait as most nominated.
I’m really honored to give the band a chance to play on national TV. They did a great job on the record and I know they will do a great job at the Awards, says Paisley.
