Chris Cagle has been charged with misdemeanor assault after a benefit concert at the Cactus Moon Cafe nightclub in Tucson. Chris was reportedly being asked repeatedly for multiple autographs by an angry woman, even after he had already given her several. The woman began to call Chris names, and he then allededly punched the woman's boyfriend in the face.
Police said Chris explained what had happened and cooperated with the investigation, but the woman's boyfriend has decided to press charges.
