Kicks Off New Year On Letterman, CSI & Leno Shows
Shooter Jennings will kick off the new year with a series of high-profile network television appearances in support of his third studio album The Wolf, including a two song performance on CBS' ratings juggernaut CSI: Crime Scene Investigation on Jan 10 at 8pm.
"It's awesome for my music to be recognized and chosen by these music supervisors, who I'm sure had their pick of any country artist in Nashville," said Jennings. "We had a blast during the taping, and this is a great avenue to get songs like 'This Ol Wheel' and 'Higher, which are crowd favorites, heard by the masses."
Jennings has also been tapped to usher the Late Show with David Letterman back into production following the writers' strike on Jan. 2, 2008 with a performance of "This Ol Wheel." A profile piece in the New York Times and a performance on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno follow later in the month.
