Hannah Montana Fan Club Sued

Which one of Hannah Montana / Miley Cyrus' (REAL NAME: Destiny Hope Cyrus) multiple personalities will appear in court is unknown...

The lawsuit alleges the club knew there wouldn't be enough Hannah Montana concert tickets for its members, who were promised access

Somewhere, a tween you know cried when she couldn't get a ticket to the Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana concert. But now someone is doing something about it, People reports.

According to the lawsuit filed by the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee against Interactive Media Marketing and Smiley Miley Inc., the companies allegedly promised concert tickets to the Disney star's upcoming Best of Both Worlds Tour, even though they knew there weren't enough tickets for the members.

They deceptively lured thousands of individuals into purchasing memberships into the Miley Cyrus fan club, and that's why we're suing, says attorney Rob Pierce.

The membership fee is $29.95.

Desperate parents paid big bucks for tickets to the sold-out 54-date concert tour. Some tickets went for more than $2,000 which prompted an investigation into possible scalping law violations.
