Country band Emerson Drive is mourning the loss of their former bassist Patrick Bourque.
29-year-old Bourque, who resigned last month, died suddenly at his home in Canada Tuesday night, according to Premiere News & Prep.
No details surrounding his death have been made available.
The Montreal native joined the band in 2002 and had been living and working in Canada since leaving Emerson Drive.
