Sara says SHUT UP

Well, she didn't REALLY say that, but we're reading between the lines on this one.
Attorneys for Sara Evans have asked a judge to strike a set of documents filed last week by attorneys for estranged husband Craig Schelske, accusing her of extramarital affairs.

The documents allege that Sara has engaged in affairs with entertainers like Kenny Chesney, singer Richard Marx and others. In the questions from Schelske’s attorneys, Sara is asked to provide details of those relationships. The court filings provide no evidence that Sara actually had relationships or affairs with any of the named persons. But under a mediation agreement, both sides were not to file evidence, and Schelske should not have been permitted to file the documents, according to Sara’s attorney, John Hollis Sr. In their motion filed Sept. 11, Sara’s attorneys also claimed that Schelske sent her an e-mail saying, among other things, “I don’t care about draining every last dime and completely destroying your career.” Sara filed for divorce in October of 2006, citing verbal abuse and adultery.
