Trace Adkins Survives Second Week On Celebrity Apprentice

Trace Adkins has survived the first two rounds of tasks on Donald Trump's "The Celebrity Apprentice" and is now headed into week three.

On last night's (1/10) episode, the celebrities were given a TV production crew, a cast of actors and several dogs to create an advertisement promoting Pedigree's Pet Adoption program. Adkins' contribution included writing the script and providing his deep speaking voice for the commercial created by the men's team. Hydra project manager Gene Simmons said that when he heard Adkins' voiceover "it sounded like the voice of God."

"The Donald" also stated that using Adkins' voice was "genius" and was one of the keys to the men dominating the competition once again and winning the challenge. Olympic Gold Medalist Nadia Comaneci became the second celebrity to feel the heat in Trump's boardroom and was fired from the women's team.
